Design, Facilitation, and Delivery of Training/Workshops
Design and co-facilitation of training workshops including The Art of Facilitation and The Art of Process Consulting with David Sibbet, founder of The Grove International and Graphic Guides ; The Inner Consultant, applying intuition to business planning and decision-making; and The Inner Leader, focused on leadership development; serving as On the Job Training Assessor/Instructor for Advanced Interactive Systems in the nationwide training of airport security screeners.

Corporate Communications
SGI (Silicon Graphics), focusing on development and implementation of internal communication strategy and best practices, educational event production, executive interviews for internal portal, and working in the interface between Employee Communications and Leadership and Organizational Development. Prior experience includes full-time employment with Eastman-Kodak, AT&T, Xerox, The California Redwood Association, and the Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust, and subcontracted work with Polaroid. Responsibilities included internal communications, reports and newsletters, local and national public and trade relations, and conceptual edit of technical material.
Research/Writing/Materials Development
Working with Spanworks , a high-tech start-up firm and subsidiary of Toshiba , to design beta tests for laptop software that supports collaborative decision-making in business meetings. This assignment included researching and developing the facilitator's script, facilitating the beta tests, culling the results, and working with principals to develop the marketing strategy.
Facilitating the strategy sessions and producing the resulting Implementation Guide for integrating intensified reliability testing into the front-end of Hewlett-Packard 's product definition process.
Co-designing and developing the Leader's Guide for a TQM (Total Quality Management) Process Improvement training that integrates PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) metrics and team-building skills into a training simulation for Hewlett-Packard.
Developing case studies for the Quality Leadership Training at Hewlett-Packard.
Researching and writing The Nature of Process, a white paper exploring the impact of improved human interactive processes upon business and technical processes for Compaq.
