Representative Accomplishments

Managed a web-based training product that delivers a business context for corporate financial processes and policies. The system provides technical process, systems platform, and tools training to a worldwide workforce. She worked with employee focus groups, global process owners, and senior management to obtain complex information that was then distilled, illustrated, and published. Working with subject matter internal experts and outside consultants, Diane managed the update of the material. She led the conversion to an interactive platform for a student body that now includes the Legal, Tax, Treasury, Audit, and Controllership workforces.

Provided training, consulting and support in Project Management tools and techniques to IT personnel in the Bank's Systems Engineering organization involved in developing ATM connectivity applications, Trust Department cash management programs, and new Back Office item processing technologies.

Improved the timeliness of of order and financial performance reporting for senior Sales & Marketing and Finance management. She managed the efforts of finance team members in the US, Canada, and Latin America,. Wrote, edited, and illustrated the monthly financial package. Diane improved internal communications, common data management, and electronic publishing.

Managed an 18-month project to establish the product costs and develop pricing recommendations for senior management of this 118-branch bank delivering financial services to US forces in Germany, Italy, Great Britain, and the Netherlands.

Handled the training and on-site support of US Sales Region credit management personnel during their 18-month conversion to on-line accounts receivable system.
