Financial Services: Established team, business model and risk model to reduce bad debt and improve financial performance of large captive leasing operation.    This resulted in the recovery of $27 million in cash and capital assets within 18 months, 50% improvement in performance.

Business development:  Led negotiations resulting in significant new revenue and expanded channels for major original equipment manufacturer.
