+ Software Forensics
Recently the Cotegrity® forensic toolset reduced the time needed for a software evaluation by 2/3.   The selling team got back four weeks of lab time that would have been spent on the due diligence.  The buyer got an independent look inside the software black box and assurances that their money was well spent.

Our forensics service reviews software for existing Open Source or copyrighted code that may negatively impact intellectual property valuation. The serivice includes a tool based review of code for copyright and OpenSource intellectual property issues and coaching on corrective measures. A by-product of an appropriate desire to leverage, use restrictions or commitments attached to OpenSource can inadvertently eliminate the value in most proprietary code.
